Payment and shipping methods
On our website, you can choose between the following payment methods:
- Credit or debit card: We accept all major credit or debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. The charge will be made securely through an online payment gateway. We do not store or share your card details with third parties.
- PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can use it to pay for your order. The charge will be made securely through the PayPal platform, and will be reflected in your transaction history as Satia Hara. We do not store or share your PayPal account data with third parties.
- Bank transfer: If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, we will provide you with our bank account details when confirming your order. You must make the transfer within 24 hours of confirming your order, and send us proof of payment by email. Your order will be processed once we have received and verified your payment. If we do not receive payment within the indicated period, your order will be cancelled.
On our website, you can choose between the following shipping methods:
- National standard shipping: Standard shipping is sent through a trusted parcel company, and you will be able to track your order with the tracking number that we will provide you by email.
- International Standard Shipping: Has a delivery time of 3 to 6 weeksStandard shipping is sent through a trusted parcel company, and you will be able to track your order with the tracking number that we will provide you by email.
Tariffs and customs duties
Buyers will pay applicable import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance. If you have any questions or need help, do not hesitate to contact us.
Cancellation, return and refund policies
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of confirming your purchase, as long as your order has not been shipped. To request the cancellation of your order, you must contact us by email or telephone, and indicate the order number and the reason for cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it, but you can request a return once you have received it.
If you wish to return your order, you may do so within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, as long as the products are in perfect condition, without having been used, opened or altered, and retain their original packaging. To request the return of your order, you must contact us by email or phone, and indicate the order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return guide that you must print and affix to the package you will send back to us. The cost of return shipping will be at your expense and will not be refundable.
If your order has arrived damaged, defective or incomplete, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. To request an exchange or refund, you must contact us by email or phone, and tell us the order number and the problem you are experiencing. We will ask you to send us a photo or video of the damaged, defective or incomplete product, to verify its condition. We will provide you with a return guide that you must print and affix to the package you will send back to us. The cost of return shipping will be covered by us, and we will send you a new product or refund the corresponding amount.
In the event that your order has not arrived within the estimated time according to the chosen shipping method, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days following confirmation of your purchase. To request a refund, you must contact us by email or phone, and tell us the order number and the delay. We will verify the status of your order with the parcel company, and we will refund the corresponding amount.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to make your purchase, within 15 business days of your request being approved. We will send you a confirmation email once we have processed your refund.
